Yes! We offer same-day delivery within our delivery zone covering Manado city and surrounding areas using our own vehicle. For cities outside our zone like Tomohon, Tondano, and Bitung, we ship via trusted couriers (JNE, J&T, Grab, etc.).

Is delivery free? / Apakah pengiriman gratis?

Orders of Rp1,000,000 or more get FREE delivery within our self-delivery zone. Under that amount, the fee is Rp5,000 + Rp1,000 per km. For deliveries outside our zone, third-party courier fees always apply.

How do I place an order? / Bagaimana cara memesan?

By accessing terraceorganic.com or placing an order through any of our channels (WhatsApp, Instagram), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Indonesian laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Terrace Organic is an organic and natural food retailer based in Manado, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. We sell premium organic food products through WhatsApp and Instagram (@terraceorganic). The website serves as an informational product catalogue—orders are primarily placed through WhatsApp.

3. Order Process

Orders are placed by contacting us via WhatsApp. When you submit a product request through our website form, our team will follow up via your chosen contact method. Orders are confirmed only after our team acknowledges receipt and confirms product availability and pricing.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice—the price confirmed by our team at the time of order applies. Accepted payment methods will be communicated by our team during the ordering process. We do not process online payments through this website.

5. Delivery

Within our self-delivery zone (covering Manado city and the greater surrounding area), we deliver directly using our own vehicle (same-day delivery available). For cities outside our zone including Tomohon, Tondano, Bitung, Airmadidi, Kauditan, and Likupang, orders are shipped via third-party couriers (JNE, J&T, Grab, etc.). Delivery schedules depend on order volume, product availability, and your location. Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery zone; our team will advise at the time of ordering.

6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, substitute unavailable items with comparable alternatives (with your agreement), or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable. We will always notify you before making any changes to your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

Terrace Organic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid for the specific product in question. We make no warranties beyond those required by Indonesian consumer protection law (UU No. 8/1999).

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manado, North Sulawesi.
